Read some of the amazing things residents and families are saying about Windsor Terrace!

“I wanted to commend all the staff in Windsor Terrace. Despite their hectic job a lot of them try to find time to satisfy additional family request. Specially the Administrator Cecile Mabugat. I saw her working beyond hours to make sure that my Mom’s roommate, Patricia, is able to receive immediately the special diapers that she needs. Normally, people in her position will just endorse such a task. But to help out her busy staff she took the time herself. To Windsor Corp, you have a one of a kind Administrator, a rare jewel. If there is anybody out there that don’t like this person they just have not seen how good she really is. She works really hard. I rarely see such caring and dedicated attitude.” – Cecile R.

“The staff and social workers, business office personnel have been wonderful to me and my mother. She came in for IV antibiotics and we noticed she had cognitive deficit. The nursing staff picked up on that and informed me. The 24/7 nursing care is wonderful.” Linda B.

“My mother eighty years young, independent, fully functioning until she had a bad heart attack along with pneumonia. Doctors were not sure she would make it. She was eventually released to Windsor Terrace. What I will say is with not only an educated guess, but over 15 years of experience in the medical field. I cannot give a higher rating than 5 stars. My mother’s care has been by far above excellent. This is concerning her medical care. What most impresses me is the human part. And again, these observations are through trained and experienced eyes. The staff here from receptionist to CNAs, therapists to administration is way beyond the call of duty. I also see the care other patients receive and I  am pleased. My mother is also pleased with her care. I guess she is the only one who counts.” – Michael N.

“Recently my sister has become incapacitated so she no longer is able to care for our mother and is unable to communicate with me on how to. I have very limited skills in caring for an aged parent and like the rest of us our family has won the lottery! Thank God for Windsor Terrace! They have taken excellent care of my mother! she hasn’t looked or felt this good in quite some time. they also made the normally arduous task of transferring my mother to a more permanent residence as smooth as can be! Thank you very much for all your excellent, humble assistance!” – E. Brian S.

My husband was transferred to Windsor Terrace in Van Nuys due to an error made by the case manager at the facility he was at prior. I cannot express adequately how grateful I am for the efforts of Ana Ruth Realegeno, who worked tirelessly to straighten out the error which was not in any way the fault of Windsor Terrace. I thought it would be a simple issue to get my husband transferred to the correct facility but it took 10 days of phone calls, emails, paperwork and diligent follow up to accomplish the transfer. Ana went above and beyond to assist me and to keep me apprised of the situation at every juncture. Her compassion, diligence and caring made a huge difference. Also, during the 10 days that my husband was at the Van Nuys location, the physical and speech therapy he received was excellent and I think it helped him a lot. – Lois K.

“After getting a hip replacement I was worried where I would end up for rehab. Being able to go to Windsor Terrace was beneficial for me and therapy was good and actually a fun experience. It helps to have a very energetic and resourceful staff, the exercises I needed to regain a proper use and posture of my leg and hip gradually enhanced, giving me what I needed to handle daily life on my own . I am home now, doing much better than before the surgery and I am thankful for the services and the nurses, employees and all the staff at Windsor Terrace. Thank you. ”  – Masen B.

Windsor Terrace Healthcare Center has proven to be a wonderful option for my mother. Ana Ruth Realegeno is the Director of Admissions and she has helped our family tremendously. As we were going through a difficult time as a family wanting to do the best for my mother, Ana directed us and helped to make it possible for her to be there. She was careful where she placed her and the attention for my mother has been excellent. The whole staff who deals with her love her greatly (what’s not to love 😉 and she feels it.

“My father was a resident residing at Windsor Terrace skilled nursing facility. Throughout his stay, Ines Alvarado, the Social Services Assitant, and Lucio Rodriguez, The Social Services Director, were extremely helpful in assisting us.
