HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My dad has been here twice and both experiences have been absolutely outstanding! I couldn’t be more happier with the care my father received. The nurses are so sweet! We need more facilities like this one. The personal attention my sister received from the Windsor staff and their genuine care for her as well as their flexible approach, which adapted to her, was crucial to getting her back home.  I can’t say enough good things about Cristina Castro and her beyond-the-call-of-duty devotion to her job. We are happy with the staff and facility. I visit mom three times a week rarely at the same time so I get to see different staff and the differences in how they care for mom.

Windsor’s staff went above and beyond in providing great care! The nursing staff and the nursing assistants were always great and attentive and the physical therapy staff are all top notch and my family and I are ever grateful for their hard work and dedication to their work and the well-being of their patients. The management were also very involved and are very caring people that were never too busy for our family. Thank you all and God bless!

I am a returning patient to this facility. All of the CNA should be like Jose Gutierrez. He is friendly, always upbeat, never complains when asked for help. Social services was excellent , good variety, responsive, and helpful. Ana in admissions has been very helpful, any problem she is there to help. Activities are so fun and lots of variety of games. All the therapists are so helpful and the equipment is better than other facilities I have been to.  Overall, this place is warming and caring facility.

Windsor Terrace has helped me get through my health and rehab therapy. I recommend your loved ones to this place. I have seen it with my own two eyes and experienced it, as well. They really help people get better here. They will take care of you. All the staff were really helpful, they are all truly amazing.
